Introduction to ICT
  ICT, or Information and Communications Technology, is an umbrella term used to encompass different communication technologies.   ICT is sometimes used synonymously with IT (for information technology);  however, ICT is generally used to represent a broader, more  comprehensive list of all components related to computer and digital  technologies than IT.    World Wide Web (WWW) - is an information system on the internet that allows documents to be connected to other documents.    Web Page - a hypertext document connected to the World Wide Web   Static Web Page - also known as flat page. A stationary page in the sense that the page is "as is" and it can not be manipulated by the user.  Dynamic Web Page - allows users to interact with the page. Users may be able to comment or create a user account.
